What: Walk and Talk: Birds of Point No Point
Where: Point No Point County Park. Directions to this preserve will be provided via email after the attendee completes registration. Please RSVP!
What: Join GPC's Development and Communication Associate, Brendan McGarry to learn about the birds of Point No Point! Brendan has been a birder for three decades and has worked as a professional bird biologist and naturalist guide all over the world. Point No Point is an exciting and a significant location for many birds that call Puget Sound home and is a well known birding hotspot. As a prime location to witness bird migration in our region, the park's connection to other conservation lands in North Kitsap represents the beginning ecosystems GPC works hard to protect. Join us on Saturday, Nov 18 from 8am-11am for a Walk and Talk focused on bird natural history and identification, regional conservation, and habitat connectivity. No experience with birds or birding necessary.
